How cancellation works
- Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of payment and before production has started.
- If your order still qualifies, we cancel it and confirm any refund of amounts already transferred.
- If production has already begun, we will contact you to discuss the options.
- Bespoke and made-to-order pieces may move into production quickly, so send your request as soon as possible.
