- Bespoke or personalized pieces are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: we cover return shipping and refund in full.
- Ready-made items, change of mind (within 14 days): possible, but return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Don't ship anything back until our atelier emails you the return address.
