Mawahib Needlecraft collects only the information needed to answer consultation briefs, process orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, and support clients after purchase.

1. Data We Collect

Contact, order, and delivery details.

We collect the name, email address, phone number, shipping address, product choices, consultation notes, and payment reference details that clients provide during checkout or bespoke consultation.

2. Why We Use It

To fulfill orders and manage artisan work.

We use this information to create Odoo customer records, send order and invoice emails, review bank transfers, prepare shipments, and keep the consultation or order thread accurate.

3. Payment Data

We do not store card details on the storefront.

The current checkout flow uses bank transfer instructions. We store order references, invoice data, and payment-status notes, but not debit-card or online-banking secrets inside the storefront.

4. Service Providers

Operational mail and hosting are handled by specialist providers.

Mawahib Needlecraft uses hosted infrastructure for storefront hosting, ERP operations, human mailboxes, and transactional email delivery. Those providers process only the data needed to keep the service running.

5. Retention

We keep business records for support and compliance.

Customer, invoice, and order records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

6. Contact
